Kiyosaki other than books and Rich Dad and Poor Dad, also written and very popular and widely read. Cashflow Quadrant teaches us to be financially smart. There is a road map to success and financial freedom.

There is story of 2 people Ed and Bill who offered a contract channel the water to a village, Ed after a contract is a direct purchase 2 buckets and then start hauling water from the lake to the village, while Bill actually lost that Ed lost his rivals, because getting money from hauling water, some time later Bill returned to the village with a water distribution business concept, he built a network of stainless steel pipe capable of pouring water into the village within 24 hours in a clean condition, he ensures that his water is cleaner than Ed’s, and Bill offer a business concept to others, while Ed took his son to join, but because of their limited power, they must be unable to compete with Bill’s business concept to develop more sophisticated and cheaper prices. Bill’s rich and Ed fell ill.

The concept of  Cashflow Quadrant dividing the work into 4 quadrants with 2 sides, namely :

Left side

E : Employee
You have a boss, and have a routine. Your work and enriching your boss.
example: Civil servants, Private employees, etc.

S: Self Employed
Your own work, if you don’t work, you don’t get the money.
example: Artist, Musician, Doctor, Lawyer, Advance Blogger, etc.

Right side

B: Businness Owner
Business owners. You have the systems and people work on you.
example: Mall Owners, Franchise Owners (such as McD, KFC, etc.), Perpetrator Network Marketing, and Professional Blogger, Webmaster Developer that have online business.

I: Investor
Money work for you
example: Brokerage Houses, Shareholders

People who worked on the LEFT QUADRANT he work like this :

Work -> Income/Money -> For Future Plans/Needs Life

so, to make ends meet, the people on the left side to work on, as long as he needs money to make ends meet.

People who worked on the RIGHT QUADRANT he work like this :

Work -> Productive Asset -> Income/Money -> For Future Plans/Needs Life

so, they work only to build assets, while assets formed they don’t have to work longer because their assets work for them, The people in the right quadrant while working to build assets.

Where is your position? Change begins with yourself, The more you know yourself, the more you know your weaknesses and strengths. And that’s where you have to develop your strengths and to eliminate your deficiencies.
